One of the changes COVID-19 has brought to the real estate industry is the inclusion of Coronavirus clauses and addenda in residential purchase contracts. In the Prescott area, the Coronavirus addendum addresses the inability of either party to the agreement to perform at close of escrow due to any COVID-19 related issue.
